Today, I made a light box. Or is it a light table? Dunno. It was pretty easy though! Now, I hope Teagan likes it. And she needs to not have any potty accidents at day care.
The box was a clear storage tub with two tap lights inside. I blocked the edges by taping some paper around the sides. Wax paper inside of the lid to help diffuse the light.
Bunch of colored stones and gems to play with on top.
Easy peasy.

Stephanie, that’s an idea… I need to see how Teagan reacts, plays with it. Haven’t given it to her yet… Almost did tonight, but she was cranky pants, so why reward that?

Well, thank you! We didn’t do anything with it yet… I just finally got it put together. I’ve had the stuff since before Christmas. She was a bit too cranky tonight to play with a fun new toy. I was hoping to build some inertia on the no accidents, but she had two today :(
She’ll get the potty training, it just may take awhile. My kids were both 3 before they got it.
She has it. She can do days (and sometimes nights) with no accidents. It’s keeping it up. She gets so distracted playing, she doesn’t want to stop to actually go. Little does she realize that if she goes potty, it takes LESS TIME than changing knickers and pants, and sometimes socks and shoes.
