So, the past day or so Teagan has started screaming in her sleep. It’s very disconcerting! From a deep sleep she will start crying, screaming, full bore. She isn’t awake at all, and does stop after a minute. It’s kinda freaky but also makes your heart break. Could she be having nightmares? How can she know enough pain and horror to have nightmares? She’s only 7 (almost 8) weeks old. The only pain (hopefully) she’s had in her entire life are her 2 month shots. She gets fed regularly and well (the piglet!), changed quickly (no diaper rash), and cuddled often. She hasn’t been dropped or pinched or banged. Why should she start doing this? It makes me sad that she has such unhappiness or pain.
